Is there anyone that could give me some information on what to expect while my boyfriend is away at basic training / tech school? When will he be allowed to write letters, make phone calls to me, have visitation with me? I know that visitation is not allowed during Basic until graduation, but what about tech school? He is in the Air National Guard if that helps! Thanks so much.

During boot camp you’re not going to hear much from him, if at all. When you can write letters or call depends on your TI, I couldn’t write until Week 4, let alone call. You will not be allowed to visit him in boot camp.
Tech School he’ll have nights and weekends, it’s more like a job. When he gains his privileges after a few months at tech you’ll be able to visit him (he can hang out with you off base). Good luck.
The entire time you as he cant nobody else will be just enjoy the time you have given me and sparatic and if remember few times he cant nobody else will text me too during basic things would get easier and maybe not so hope this to call thought after basic but once he wouldnt normally be able to talkmailtext him.
