I really do not want to attendt school for another 3 years and/or have to pay a technical school thousands for the lessons and training? Is there any self study course for CISCO networking; and still be able to get a good job?

If you want to get CISCO certs you are going to pay eventually. What you might want to look into is working for a company that offers tuition reimbursement. I got my A+ certs on my own, got a decent job and then they payed for me to get MCSE. Although most companies don’t do this, they are out there.
