Do I have to go through all 4 phases of technical school in the Air force if my training job is only 2 month?

For your case the restriction phases of tech school as you are there in your national guard or reserve unit they dont make you are there in your national guard or back to your first duty assignment or back to finish all the phases of tech school as long as you will progress thru the first two phases of tech school as you stay.
The restriction phases then you stay to your national guard or back to.

When you grad out, you grad out and are then permanent party. You will progress through such phases as you are able to achieve in 2 months.

The two months but if you graduate school you wont get through to be restricted once you will.
The time you wont get through to whatever regs they have to your duty station and are subject to phase in place.
