I’m thinking about changing careers and I have always been interested in the IT/web design field. I don’t want to go back to a university, rather a tech school. I live in St. Louis and have only 3 choices: Ranken Tech College, Vatterott, or ITT Tech. A lot of information that I’ve been reading hints that ITT would be the worst choice. Anyone have expierence with the schools? Or know someone who has?

I have this nephew in a tech school, and this teacher constantly grades him unfairly, and makes him repeat the course. The school is probably just running low on funds, and needs to fail kids, cause no one wants to go. So my nephew has been suffering depression, due to the lack of a proper social life(Pretty much zombies), and . Can I sue the school for causing mental anguish?
