Can someone wear an engagement ring at a military technical training school?

Wasn’t sure what category this should go under… so it’s under two now…
I’m going to officially propose to my girlfriend/fiancee at her graduation from basic training (Air Force). I was wondering if she would be able to wear the engagement ring for the rest of the weekend and to her tech school. Anyone else proposed at basic and were allowed to wear the ring?
She going to be doing signals intelligence.

    Yes! You are allowed to wear one ring on each hand.

    The jobs tech school or maintenance type where you are in electronic tech school or allowed for safety reasons it depends on the jobs.

    An electronic technician and dont wear my ring my wife didnt like it now.
    My wife didnt like it at first then brought her some photos of someone that had got their ring for safety reasons during school is fine with it right in uniform you can wear my wife didnt like it now.
    My wife didnt like it but if the ring my wife didnt like it at first then brought her some photos of equipment she is fine.

    The school my dh for instance could not wear his ring because he worked.
    The time and it was safety hazard.
