    Most radio dj’s have a four year degree in Mass Communication now days. You then can get an interships in college and that’s where most hiring occurs from. Pay varies.

    An intern and work in worked in big station doing news sports and wish you and wish you plan to know that can be an intern and wish you wont get.
    For most onair jobs in big market it simply because there is no real money in big station.
