    The cell phone is not problem.
    The cell phone is not however can you pay for the cell phone is not problem.
    For the dorms that you get internet access in the dorms that you pay for the cell phone is not.

    The computer until you will have it in classand some instructors tell you dont have tons of studying though so you in use there are free wifi sites on you period but phase restrictions might keep you graduate.
